Patient Services

In various European countries and in Germany, PHOENIX has developed, implemented, and rolled out patient services programmes successfully. Awareness, adherence, and treatment compliance can be demonstrably enhanced. Thus, improved patient care is given which goes hand in hand with a continous increasing sales volumes.

PHOENIX covers approximately 50% of the pharmacy market in Germany, whereby 35% is made up of pharmacy cooperatives. Consequently, we reach a large share of patients with our patient services and we can support them in taking the right drug at the right time. Patients, the healthcare System and manufacturers benefit from this service. As we are striving for the improvement of patient care we offer various levels of support. It reaches from marketing services and awareness activities to education and Training in healthcare to adherence programmes.
